VIKAM's core features are free forever. No payment is required for the free tier, so no refund is applicable.

2. Premium Subscription Refunds

2.1 Within 30 Days

If you're not satisfied with VIKAM Premium, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

2.2 After 30 Days

  • Monthly subscriptions: No partial refunds. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available at our discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include: Your registered email address and reason for refund (optional)
  3. Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  4. Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Account terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (handled case-by-case)

5. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Refund: Returns your payment. Premium access is revoked immediately.
