• Create and manage budgets
• Participate in savings circles with friends and family
• Track investments and financial goals
• Receive AI-powered financial insights

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• One account per person is allowed

4. Free and Premium Services

4.1 Free Tier

Core features including expense tracking, basic budgeting, and limited voice commands are provided free of charge.

4.2 Premium Subscription

• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Savings Circles

• Savings Circles are informal savings groups between users
• VIKAM facilitates tracking but does not guarantee payments between members
• You are responsible for choosing trustworthy circle members
• Disputes between members are to be resolved among yourselves
• VIKAM is not a financial institution and does not hold funds

While we strive for accuracy in SMS parsing and expense categorization, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your transaction data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VIKAM are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIKAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
